DRONEONE AERIAL TECHNOLOGY

We are DroneOne Aerial Technology, a state-of-the-art company incorporating the cutting edge of drone and video technology into the world of investigation. We aim to assist law firms, insurance companies, law enforcement agencies, and other interested parties when accidents require an aerial component of investigation.

We are extremely unique to have an FAA Certified Sport Pilot with a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science and Aeronautical Engineering, Stephen Zamulinsky, running our operations. Let DroneOne Aerial Technology assist you in discovering the truth amidst the chaos of accident investigation in order to prove your case.

Accident Investigation

Following an accident, independent investigators are called to examine and reconstruct the scene. These investigators, often engineers, automotive technologists, and retired police officers are hired by plaintiff’s and defense attorneys, insurance companies, or other parties to analyze the cause of an accident in order to determine liability and financial responsibility.  All parties have an interest in the outcome of the investigation and we at DroneOne are the modern-day solution.

When investigating an accident scene, DroneOne assists in documenting and establishing evidence which would support our client’s theory of liability, whether the plaintiff, prosecution or defense theory.  DroneOne looks for what, if any, negligent conduct took place on the part of any of the persons or entities involved. Sadly law firms have traditionally been reticent to incorporate hi-tech video technology into this area.  Many attorneys, insurance adjusters, product manufacturers, and others will simply walk around the scene capturing grainy, unprofessional photographs on their cell phones.  The presentation in Court of this type evidence is outdated and ineffective in today’s evolving legal world. We at DroneOne believe extraordinary results require creative thinking.  We welcome the integration of technology and view it as a critical enabler of success.

Our Drones

We use state-of-the-art drone technology including our workhorse, the DJI Inspire 1 Pro Drone. This drone’s top-quality propellers and motor performance provide a tremendous sense of control. It includes a professional 4K camera and 3-axis stabilization gimbal and live wireless HD video streaming capabilities. Our drones at DroneOne Aerial Technology allow for effective aerial video and photographic documentation of accident, property and casualty, and crime scenes as well as the ability to search for evidence in previously inaccessible areas.  It has proven especially valuable when investigating accidents occurring in remote areas such as boating and wave runner accidents in the back bays, mountainous terrain, urban settings, or at sea.  More ordinary uses include the gathering of aerial views of busy highways following an auto accident, or illustrating altitude where falls from heights on construction sites take place.

The drone-collected images and videos from our investigation are compiled into a presentation displaying viewpoints of evidence such as post-impact distance and direction of travel, and pre-accident skid marks.  This sophisticated data impacts a judge, jury, or insurance adjustor by putting them at the accident scene in a way few are capable.  We also employ high level producers who can provide editing services which produce high quality presentations that will leave a lasting impression on the judge, jury, and interested parties on both sides of the case.

To ensure the highest quality data, all flights are coordinated by our chief pilot, Stephen Zamulinsky.  Stephen, an FAA Certified Sport Pilot, is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science and Aeronautical Engineering.
